Description
INDIANAPOLIS: 2017 Brown, RHEIN 276431430215917, Lic.: WESTF, WFFS (N/N)
A radiant young stallion from the best family! Look at the blood: Sire Indian Rock; Apache – Vivaldi – Cabochon – Duc De Normandy – Darling Boy XX
Dam: SPS FIRENZA (Rhinelander) Fidertanz – Sandro Hit – Contender – Landgraf – Sinus xx
From the breeding of Johannes Baumeister comes Indianapolis – an impressive brown son of Indian Rock, out of Firenza (full sister of Feedback), who is also the mother of the premium stallion Dow Jones (Verden 2015) by Don Frederic.
With Dorietta, also by Don Frederic, Firenza presented the winning mare at the Westphalian elite mare show in 2018 among the 4-year-old dressage mares. Indianapolis already has serious first-hand genetic references!
Indianapolis was licensed at the main licensing in Münster Handorf and earned well-deserved applause when he put himself in the limelight while running free. Indianapolis visibly embodies the powerful attributes of his grandfather Fidertanz, who has meanwhile advanced to become a real trademark stallion.
Indianapoli’s sire Indian Rock was champion of the KWPN licensing 2016 and finalist of the World Championships for young dressage horses 2018 under Emmelie Scholtens. At the age of six, Indian Rock was also nominated for the World Cup in Ermelo.
His grandfather, Apache, who died far too early, was one of the most successful sires of the KWPN in the Netherlands and can look back on an almost fairytale career in breeding and sport. Also under the saddle of Emmelie Scholtens, he was appointed to the Dutch Olympic squad in 2015 and was nominated for the European Championships in Gothenburg. With his offspring, he dominated the licensing in Hertogenbosch and was one of the most sought-after sires in dressage horse breeding in Germany.
The well-known dam line from the Baumeister family has already produced numerous licensed stallions and sport horses, especially in the previous generations. Indianapoli’s dam Firenza is a full sister to the licensed stallion Feedback (Grand Prix / Niklas Feilzer) and a half sister to the licensed Fiderhit by Fidermark (S-Drs). Another half sister to Firenza is the state premium mare Fleet Street, dam of the licensed stallions Quotenkönig by Quaterback (Grand Prix / Niklaas Feilzer), Dahlhoff (by De Niro) and Birmingham (by Bretton Woods)
Licensed in Muenster-Handorf 2019
